Profile Pilot, operated by Workfinity Private Limited, offers refunds for purchased N8N workflow templates under the following conditions:
Refund Window: 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any N8N template purchase.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: The template does not work as described due to technical problems or compatibility issues with your N8N instance that cannot be resolved through support.
- Misrepresentation: The template significantly differs from its description or preview on the Platform.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same template multiple times (refund will apply to duplicate purchases only).
- Incomplete Files: The template files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive access to download the template after successful payment.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind about the purchase after downloading and using the template.
- Usage After Download: You have already used or implemented the template in your workflows beyond testing.
- Expired Refund Window: More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
- Inability to Use: You are unable to use the template due to lack of technical knowledge or N8N expertise (we recommend reviewing product descriptions and requirements before purchasing).
- Compatibility Issues: The template requires N8N features or versions you do not have access to, but this was clearly stated in the product description.
- Violation of Terms: Your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Customization Needs: You need the template customized for your specific use case (this is not covered by the purchase).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include the following information:
- Order number or transaction ID
- Product name and purchase date
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshots or details of any technical issues (if applicable)
- Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- Decision Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Approval and Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through PayPal within 5-10 business days
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method

- Access to the template will be revoked upon refund completion
5.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will be for the full purchase price paid, unless:

6. Special Considerations

N8N workflow templates are digital products that are immediately accessible upon purchase. Due to their digital nature, we cannot prevent you from using a template once it has been downloaded. However, we trust our customers to act in good faith and only request refunds when genuinely necessary.

Our support team is committed to helping you successfully use purchased templates. Many issues can be resolved through support rather than requiring a refund.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly prefer resolving issues through direct communication rather than chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- Access to all purchased templates may be revoked
- We will provide evidence to your payment provider as necessary

8. Refund for Failed Payments
If a payment is charged but the order is not completed due to a system error:
- You will automatically receive a full refund
- The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days
- No action is required on your part
9. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. If currency exchange rates have changed between purchase and refund, the refund amount may vary slightly. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
