1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Profile Pilot ("the Platform"), operated by Workfinity Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To purchase N8N workflow templates on the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Digital Product Purchases and Licenses

3.1 Purchase Terms

When you purchase an N8N workflow template:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your personal or commercial projects
• You may use purchased templates within your N8N instance(s)
• You may modify templates to suit your needs
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased templates with others
• Create derivative products for sale based on purchased templates without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile templates for redistribution
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from templates
• Use templates in violation of applicable laws or regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Engage in automated data collection (scraping, crawling) without our written permission
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-purchased templates), is owned by Workfinity Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

N8N workflow templates available for purchase are the property of their respective creators. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it as specified in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases
• Accept that all prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Understand that prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases
• Comply with PayPal's terms of service

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download purchased templates. Orders are processed automatically upon payment verification.

7. User Content and Reviews

When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content on the Platform:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
• You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual purchase and use of the product
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or contain inappropriate content

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.

Template Functionality: While we strive to ensure templates work as described, we do not guarantee that templates will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with your N8N configuration. You are responsible for testing and validating templates before using them in production.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workfinity Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform or purchased templates.

9. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately
• You will retain access to previously purchased templates unless termination is due to fraudulent activity
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or court proceedings as required by applicable law
